High School Scholarships
Partial scholarships that supplement family contributions and a school's financial aid, opening the door to Chicago's leading private high schools.
What we do
Our formula is straightforward — work hard and make good things happen. Behind it stands a complete system of support that follows each scholar from eighth grade to a college degree.
Core support
Each element reinforces the others — academics, mentorship, and a clear path to college.
Partial scholarships that supplement family contributions and a school's financial aid, opening the door to Chicago's leading private high schools.
Tutoring and academic coaching twice a week throughout the school year — building study habits, test prep, and organization alongside homework help.
Personalized college counseling and financial-aid guidance for scholars and families. The result: 100% of our scholars enroll in college.
Mentoring, leadership coaching, and personal-development workshops that help scholars grow into confident, capable young adults.
Summer programming
Every scholar participates in summer programming each year — the extra edge that sets a HighSight scholar apart.
Freshman Year
The summer before high school, incoming scholars attend afternoon sessions focused on reading, math, character development, and study skills — capped by a three-day leadership and team-building workshop.
Sophomore Year
Scholars sharpen their skills with a writing course, ACT preparation, academic skill-building, and college-knowledge workshops.
Junior Year
Paid summer internships introduce scholars to careers in financial services, law, government, and medical research — paired with leadership coaching and development workshops.
Senior Year
Every rising senior completes a multi-week experience beyond Chicago — residential programs at prestigious boarding schools and colleges, or learning-abroad programs around the world.
Junior-year internships have included the Chicago Summer Business Institute, the Field Museum, ResearcHStart, and RUSH MedSTEM Explorers. Senior independent experiences range from residential programs at boarding schools and colleges to learning-abroad programs around the world.
